Lacquered Doors
At DelVi Srl we manufacture and supply a wide range of lacquered doors to create a modern, clean finish for kitchen, bedroom and bathroom furniture.
Lacquered doors can be created in solid colours with a matt or high gloss finish.

Manufacturing Quality
Our philosophy for finishing high gloss doors starts at the core. We start with a quality particle board where the surface is free from defects.
This is then covered with a layer of polyester and sanded to a polished finish. We then apply two coats of polyurathane lacquer, the second coat directly over the first one. This is done in super clean enviroment.
By ensuring that all the processes are done properly, the result is a direct lacquered finish where there is no need to polish the surface. In fact polishing is only carried out by exception during the final inspection process.
